  • For an incumbent operator : Study on the implementation of a supervision center of all the various networks : mobile, leased lines, fixed lines, ADSL.
  • For a mobile operator : Audit of the deployment process for new radio sites; implementation's proposal of a new process including reporting process; change management.
  • For a bank: Organization audit of cash management activities and in particular marketing and sales directorates.
  • For a major energy player : Organizational audit for risk analysis functions (targeted on trading activities).
  • For a distribution player : consulting on external growth, taking control of a competitor, business plan construction, audit of the competitor, propositions for restructuration with particular focus on core activities, cession of non-profitable activities, motivation improvement plan.

  • For a major european ISP : framework analysis for a fix/mobile convergence project, impact analysis on the information system (CRM, Billing, OSS), identification of the major impacting process, analysis of the key software blocks impacted, scenario proposal, analysis of the existing market solution, costing of the different scenarios : budget, planning.
  • For an alternative operator : triple play strategic project management, constitution and leadership of a project group regrouping 7 directorates, identification of main constraints, elaboration and management of the planning, reporting, selection of CO to unbundle, support to operations.
  • For a european leader in call center : Project management to put in place a shared call center using VOIP for a european operator.
  • For an alternative operator : realization of 100 000 migrations toward unbundled DSL, definition of migration processes, management of available capacity, reporting and weekly project status.
  • For an enterprise operator : project managment of a service's migration project.
  • For an european enterprise operator : consolidation project of 15 databases (15 countries, 3rd party providers databases), project plan definition, recruitment and training of the project team, reporting on project progresses.
  • For a international mobile operator : network infrastructure planning for 3 years plan.
